1. Positioning. We identify the most attractive growth opportunities and position the company in this realm.
2. Evaluation. We analyze and evaluate the most realistic exit approach-this may or may not be the optimal exit. We assess the industry trends, business cycle timing and equity market conditions and provide an honest, unbiased opinion as to potential exit strategies. 
3. Implementation. We will guide you through the execution of your exit strategy, working with your CPA and attorney to reach the desired end result.
4. Execution-finding the buyer. We work to help pre-qualify potential acquirers and customize the exit strategy process, which identifies potential acquirers and anticipates their needs, concerns and capabilities and how best to address them. This is similar to our Due Diligence process for investment, but reversed-engineered.
