charlesCharles Albanese:

25+ years of financial and operations experience in both public and private companies.  Charles cultivated his senior management experience as part of AT&T Wireless Services.  Under Charles’ leadership, AT&T Wireless became the nation’s premier wireless teleco carrier.  Additionally, Charles worked at many start-up ventures such as Opticality, a 3-D advertising displays OEM, where he managed both finance and the global sales operation. After leaving Opticality, Charles Joined, Accoona, a start-up internet company where he facilitated the acquisition and integration of three e-commerce companies valued at $87 million. At Cambridge Management Group LLC, a leading pre-settlement finance companies, Charles served as COO/CFO, securing a $30 million line of credit and in a two-year time period doubled the revenue of the company and re-built the company’s entire infrastructure.  His key strengths include financial management, turnaround management, facilities administration, team / project leadership, security operations and systems implementation.

Charles holds a BS in Business Administration from Manhattan College and is a certified ODI Facilitator.


malcolmMalcolm Handelsman

30+ years of financial and operations experience in public and private companies. Malcolm is a lifelong entrepreneur and have both started and managed businesses. After college, Malcolm obtained his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and begin his career in the corporate world, working for National Intergroup as an Auditor and at Mellon Bank in their Real Estate Finance Department. During this time he also obtained his CPA certification. In 1986 Malcolm started Gram & Gramps Children’s store, catering to children and Grandparents-selling toys and clothing-and was a household name in the Pittsburgh Market for over 20 years. In 2010, he was recruited by Morgan Stanley to become a Financial Advisor, but realized his heart was in the business and entrepreneurial world. In the fall of 2011 he started Do It Right, helping Entrepreneurs and Early Stage companies understand the methods and processes needed to grow a successful business, and helping them raise the necessary capital to grow their business. He has worked with several start-up companies over the last two years helping them realize their dream. His key strengths include financial management, strategic planning, marketing, revenue and business modeling and business development, working primarily with technology and consumer product companies.



kuangKuang Zhang

15+ years of business / technology strategy and operations experience in both public and private companies.  Kuang is a serial Intrapreneurship and avid angle investor. Most recently he worked as the Director Strategic Business Development for EMC, where he develop long-term global growth strategies for EMC Consulting and executed their buy strategies. Previously, Kuang was GM of EMC Asia Pacific & Japan Consulting, where he grew the business from zero to ~50 million in services revenue and ~75 million product revenue in 4 years. Previous to EMC, Kuang was the founding member of Vulturnus, a Healthcare technology consultancy, where he was able to take to an liquidation event. Previous to Vulturnus, Kuang worked as the lead technologist for Concentra, a national care provider, where he lead a team to integrate technology platforms which helped increase operational efficiency and in turn increased Net Income by double digit.  His key strengths include green field startups, business development / M&A, strategic development, marketing, international experience, multi-site multi-cultural operational leadership, team / project leadership and technology.
Kuang holds a MBA from Kellogg School of Management and BS in EE from University of Pittsburgh.
